Around the country, we provide leadership forums for 6 to 10 selected leaders with similar job roles at non-competitive companies. Each leader is invited to participate in a one year program that will help you to:
- Better understand who you are as a leader, manager or business owner.
- Create a powerful, results-driven project for your team or company
- Establish and keep your commitments to quarterly, 1 year and 3 year goals for yourself and your company.
- Learn how to assess, educate, and coach your team to success.
- Support and learn from your peers in different industries.
- Embrace the four drivers of leadership that will take you to the next level of success.
Over the course of the year, you will:
- Meet with fellow group participants in person 4 times.
- Engage in monthly coaching sessions to stay focused and on track.
- Learn techniques to strengthen your communication style and ensure tangible results.
- Participate in creative, fun learning events that will take your leadership skills to the next level.
- Interact with industry leaders to increase your learning through their success stories.
- Sustain your learning through stretch assignments and accountability with your fellow group participants.
